These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.ict.cash (the “Site”) and any communications, including text messages, you receive from us. By using our Site or providing us your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to OneRoof Real Estate Inc and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. These Terms govern that messaging program.
Program description. We send two types of messages: (a) conversational and transactional messages related to services you have requested — for example, replies to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, transaction and closing updates, and document coordination; and (b) marketing and promotional messages — for example, new listing alerts, market updates, and property or service offers.
How you opt in. Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide in connection with our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of OneRoof Real Estate Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OneRoof Real Estate Inc does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
